The Dad School // First Time Dads

Research shows that connecting with other dads can make a big difference in your confidence and well-being. While there aren't many post-birth programs for dads, we're here to change that. Join us for practical tips, support and community. This course is designed for first time fathers with babies under one year old, perfect for new dads in their 20’s to 40’s.

Time Commitment: Each virtual course is six weeks long, meeting weekly for 90 minutes online.

Financial Commitment: $100/week for six weeks.

We keep class sizes small —just six dads per group—so everyone has the chance to share, ask questions, and get the support they need. A smaller group fosters real connections, making it easier to open up, learn from each other, and build a sense of community that lasts beyond the course.

The Dad School courses run in small, supportive groups to ensure every dad gets a real voice. Below are upcoming options. Each group is capped at 6 dads total to keep things focused, connected, and meaningful. Once a session is full, it will close.
