About The Mommy Center

The Mommy Center is an award-winning support hub for new and growing families in Orange County. Recommended by the Women’s Center at Memorial Care, the Center offers a range of high-quality classes, expert resources, and compassionate guidance for expecting parents, new moms, and now, new and seasoned dads too.

Meet Your Instructor: Kyle Harwick, LMFT

Classes at The Mommy Center are led by Kyle Harwick, LMFT—a licensed therapist, active father, and longtime advocate for mental health and fatherhood support.

After becoming a parent himself, Kyle saw firsthand how few spaces exist for fathers to speak honestly, ask real questions, and feel that they can be genuinely understood. That’s why he joined The Dad School. His mission? To help dads feel seen, supported, and empowered in their parenting journey.

Kyle brings deep empathy, real-world experience, and professional expertise to every group he leads. His approach to fatherhood is grounded in presence, openness, and the belief that being a great dad doesn’t mean being perfect—it means showing up, being real, and being willing to grow.
